Tamuz Systems was founded in the early 80's by a number of high ranking officers who have accumulated many years of experience in all spectrum of military aspects.

The president of Tamuz is General (RES) Avraham Bar David who served as the commander and chief of artillery corps in the Israel Defense force (IDF).
